Instructions

1. Capture the Moment

• When you receive a Joyful Deeds card, take a photo or video of the kind act.
• Share it with us by emailing foreveruniversityinfo@gmail.com or tagging @forever_university on Instagram. Be sure to include the team name written on the card!

2. Create or Continue the Team

• If you're the first person with the card, come up with a team name and write it on the card. Team names must include a hashtag (e.g., #TeamJoyful).

3. Pay It Forward

• Perform a good deed for someone else.
• Pass the card along to them and encourage them to do the same!

4. Track Your Impact

• Visit Forever University’s Instagram page and check the hashtags to see how many lives your card and team have touched.

Together, we can spread kindness and track the ripple effect of joyful deeds!
